Affluent Indians Hub is a structured educational initiative dedicated to helping Indian IT professionals understand how global hiring actually works — visa sponsorship, recruiter behaviour, resume positioning and country-domain fit — through a practical, experience-based and completely jargon-free approach.
Our programs are designed especially for people who’ve spent months applying to jobs abroad with no interview calls, feel unsure whether they’re even eligible for global roles, or sense there’s a clear system out there that nobody has ever actually shown them.
Our mission is simple.
To bring genuine clarity to the international job search — and help IT professionals move from random applying and guesswork to a real, repeatable roadmap.
At Affluent Indians Hub we focus on:
Affluent Indians Hub believes that real career change does not require luck, connections or an agency doing the work for you. Instead the right roadmap, the right positioning and consistent, guided effort can create lasting career outcomes.
The initiative is led by Abhishek Pal, Microsoft Cloud Architect — a Global Career Coach and Network & Cloud Architecture specialist with over 12 years of experience in IT, including several years living and working abroad in Sweden.
He has guided more than 6,000 Indian IT professionals — across domains including software engineering, network security, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, SAP and DevOps — through a structured roadmap toward visa-sponsored roles and international careers, with placements across 21+ countries.
His work has been featured in Times of India, The Global Indian and First India — recognised for helping over 1,000 IT professionals secure global interview calls within 15 months.
Abhishek’s approach is often described as grounded, practical and refreshingly honest — built not from theory, but from his own lived journey of building an international career from scratch, with no connections and no shortcuts.
